This is a survey through which you can give your thoughts/comments/feedback on everything that goes on at FOCUS. The aim of the exercise is to provide both the committee and FOCUS as a whole with information that will help us keep FOCUS relevant to those coming along and helpful as a means of meeting together as brothers and sisters in Christ.

You may either print off the survey and hand a hardcopy into Kristin or complete it on the computer and e-mail it to Kristin (u4312753@anu.edu.au). She will be the only person to look at the original form and any electronic surveys received will be printed off and added to the rest to protect your anonynmity.

Surveys can be returned up until the end of the exam period. Over the holidays Kristin will be going through the responses and collating the data. Once complete she will post up a summary onto this website for your information.
